Preventive Medicine Physician - Washington DC

We are seeking a compassionate, prevention-minded Physician to join our Washington DC clinic team. This is a unique opportunity to practice proactive, relationship-centered medicine in a tech-forward environment built around clinical excellence and an exceptional member experience.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

• Deliver meaningful, one-on-one preventive health consultations with members
• Use comprehensive, non-invasive screening results to create personalized, action-oriented health plans
• Practice in a collaborative setting alongside APPs, medical assistants, and cross-functional care teams
• Utilize innovative skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments, and AI-powered decision-support tools
• Provide clinical oversight, escalation support, and mentorship for APPs
• Help shape a more proactive, accessible model of healthcare focused on early detection and long-term wellness

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Review screening findings and translate complex health information into clear, thoughtful conversations
• Partner with members to develop practical next steps aligned with their health goals
• Educate members on cardiovascular and dermatologic risk factors, lifestyle strategies, and preventive care
• Deliver consistently high-quality preventive screenings and consultations
• Collaborate closely with the clinic team to ensure a seamless member experience and continuity of care
• Support clinical quality, team development, and a member-first culture

QUALIFICATIONS:

• MD or DO with an active Washington DC medical license
• Board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or an equivalent specialty
• At least one year of post-residency clinical experience
• At least one year of recent outpatient experience within the past five years
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to preventive, patient-centered care
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-enabled clinical setting
