Indian Health Service is seeking primary care physicians (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or combined Internal Medicine/Pediatrics) at various sites in AZ, CA, NV, and UT to provide care to an underserved Native American population. Practice Details: Choose a site that allows primary care physicians the chance to do it all - full-spectrum services, flexible schedules, potential to work in an Emergency Department, Inpatient Department, and/or in the community. Or choose to focus on outpatient primary care in a patient-centered medical home, with no call, weekends, evenings, or holidays.
Position Benefits:

- Whiteriver Indian Hospital - Hospital in rural Whiteriver, AZ
Site in CALIFORNIA:
- Fort Yuma Health Care Center - Ambulatory center in suburban Winterhaven, CA
Sites in NEVADA:
- Moapa Health Clinic - Ambulatory center in rural location Moapa, NV (approximately 45 minutes from Las Vegas)
- Southern Bands Health Center - Ambulatory center in rural Elko, NV
Site in UTAH:
- Fort Duchesne Health Center - Ambulatory center in Fort Duschesne, UT

Compensation Details
$200-300k
