UVA Leadership Opportunities - Adult Primary Care Medical Director and Pediatrics & Specialty Care Medical Director

UVA Physicians Group is seeking experienced physician leaders for two Medical Director opportunities supporting established ambulatory clinic networks across Central Virginia. These roles offer the opportunity to combine clinical practice with physician leadership while advancing quality, provider engagement, and operational excellence within a nationally recognized academic health system.

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics
• Eligible for unrestricted Virginia medical licensure
• Minimum 5 years of post-residency clinical experience
• Prior leadership experience preferred
