What You'll Do:

• Integrated Care Model: Our Family Practice/Internal Medicine Physician is responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of diseases and injuries as a Care Team member in the medical clinic using best practices as modeled in a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) setting; by providing comprehensive, outpatient family practice medical services for patients on a continuing basis. The Family Practice/Internal Medicine Physician is a member of the multidisciplinary clinic team that has delegated powers and responsibilities to provide effective patient-centered care.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited medical school, residency program and board-certified/eligible in family practice or internal medicine
• Must have unrestricted medical license in the State of Nevada: MD or DO, upon onboarding. *Consideration given for Physicians qualifying for Interstate Medical Licensure Compact [Info Link: https://imlcc.com/information-for-physicians/#DoIQualifyForCompactLicensure]
• Active state Pharmacy and DEA license, including controlled substance prescribing upon onboarding.
• Valid BLS required prior to hire, per HRSA compliance.
