The Florence, AL VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) located in Sheffield, Alabama is actively seeking Primary Care Physicians to join our mission-driven healthcare team!

Position Overview:

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Patient Load: 12–13 patients per day per physician, allowing time for quality, patient-centered care

• Team Model: Work as part of a Patient-Aligned Care Team (PACT)

• Each physician is supported by a dedicated RN, LPN and MSA and has expanded support from clinical pharmacy, social work, mental health, and nutrition.

• Employment Type: Federal – with full

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship (required)
• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active and unrestricted medical license (from any U.S. state or territory)
