The Department of Medicine, Division of General Internal Medicine at UConn Health invites applications from board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine physicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality primary care and contributing to academic medicine. Appointment will be made at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, commensurate with experience.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-centered division within a nationally recognized academic health system. The successful candidate will focus on providing comprehensive primary care while having the opportunity to engage in medical student and resident education, with flexibility to shape an academic role aligned with individual interests.
Our General Internal Medicine physicians provide a full spectrum of primary care services with an emphasis on prevention, wellness, screening, and chronic disease management. Care is delivered in a supportive, team-based environment across multiple convenient outpatient locations, including:
- Farmington
- West Hartford
- East Hartford
- Southington
- Torrington
- Simsbury
- Avon

Compensation Details
$255-270k
Annual merit bonus plan based on RVUs and teaching activities. Signing bonus and relocation stipend.
