Hartford HealthCare, Connecticut's largest not-for-profit, fully integrated health system, is hiring 18 Primary Care Physicians in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Locations are open across the state, including Litchfield, Glastonbury, Thomaston, Winsted, Windsor, Vernon, Manchester, and Newington, and placement gets matched to where you actually want to live and practice.

What this opportunity may offer:

100% outpatient, office-based practice.

Full-time weekday schedule, 4-day or 5-day week, 4-day whenever possible.

Minimal call, one day a week every six weeks, phone only, plus two weekend call days a year.

A dedicated MA for every provider, and a shared nurse for every two providers.

Ambient AI handles your clinical documentation, cutting down on the administrative load.

A highly competitive guaranteed base salary with an uncapped incentive bonus.
