Position highlights:
- Patient Centered Care: Approximately 12 patients per day in an outpatient setting, allowing for in-depth, personalized care.
- Regular Hours: Typical shift M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm, no call, protected administrative time.
- Interdisciplinary Team: Work alongside Clinical Pharmacists, Mental Health clinicians, Nurses and other healthcare professionals, leveraging a team-based approach to patient care.
- Teaching Opportunities: Engage in teaching, helping to shape the future of medicine by mentoring young professionals.
- Loan Repayment Program: Qualified candidates may be eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (up to $200K over a 5-year period).
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree
- BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Current full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.

Compensation Details
$230-250k
VA offers... a comprehensive total rewards package: Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases Paid Time Off: 50–55 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 day paid absence for CME). Opportunity for paid parental leave. Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and federal 401K with up to 5% in contributions by VA Insurance: Federal health/vision/dental/term life (many federal insurance programs can be carried into retirement) CME: Possible $1,000 per year reimbursement (must be full-time with board certification) Malpractice: Free liability protection with tail coverage provided
