With a strong foundation of collaboration across specialties, our physicians are supported by a robust care team and convenient on-site resources—allowing you to focus on what matters most: your patients.

Our goal is simple: to deliver the highest standard of coordinated medical care under one roof, combining expertise, efficiency, and compassion.

Practice Highlights

· Multi-specialty, outpatient-only clinic

· Join a collegial team including:

o 1 Family Medicine Physician

o 1 Internal Medicine Physician

o 5 Advanced Practice Providers

o 4 Pediatricians

o 1 Clinical Psychologist, 5 LCSWs, and 4 PMHNPs

· On-site subspecialty support including:

o Cardiology

o Medical Oncology

o Neurology & Neurosurgery

o Ophthalmology

o Orthopedics

o Podiatry

o Vascular Surgery

· Additional on-site services:

o Pharmacy

o Imaging Center (Ultrasound, X-ray)

o Laboratory

· Average daily volume: 17–21 patients

· EPIC electronic medical record system

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

· Outpatient clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

· 4.5-day work week, with a dedicated half-day for administrative time

· Designed to support long-term career satisfaction and work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits

· Competitive base salary plus productivity incentives

· Transition to RVU-based compensation model

Requirements

· Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine

· Missouri medical license (or ability to obtain upon credentialing)

· Active Missouri DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
