Role & Responsibilities
As a Primary Care Physician, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient care to a panel of Veterans
  • Manage chronic disease, preventative care, acute issues, and care coordination
  • Collaborate with nurses, pharmacists, social workers, and behavioral health specialists
  • Use the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model to deliver whole‑person, Veteran‑centered care
  • Participate in quality improvement and performance initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • MD or DO with completed residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Board-certified or board-eligible
  • Unrestricted license in any U.S. state or territory
  • Strong commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care
