 The James Mountain Inhofe Veterans Affairs Medical Center (JMIVAMC) is actively recruiting for a Certified Nurse Anesthetist to help care for our Veterans – American's Heroes. EOVAHCS consists of two ambulatory care centers, a tertiary care facility, and 8 community-based outpatient clinics. The Certified Nurse Anesthetist will support the new hospital currently under construction, named James Mountain Inhofe VA Medical Center, in Tulsa, OK, in 2026. This presents a fantastic urban opportunity for an experienced or new Certified Nurse Anesthetist seeking a better work-life balance. Highlights of this position include:

Competitive Starting Salary $178,000 - $259,055

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, Full-time

Occasional travel - Travel will be required between Tulsa and Muskogee facilities for this position.

The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist provides direct patient care under the Anesthesiologist and/or the Surgery Service Chief. The incumbent is a licensed independent practitioner responsible for the anesthetic management of patients to be rendered unconscious or insensitive to pain and emotional stress during surgical, dental, and certain medical procedures, including perioperative, intraoperative, and postoperative monitoring, evaluation, and treatment.

CRNAs perform their own regional pain block, spinals, arterial lines, and central venous catheters.

• Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
• Must possess current, active, and unrestricted Licensure
• Must possess current and active AANA Certification as a CRNA
