  • At Revere Medical, we’re seeking a Senior Medical Director in Nashville, TN to help transform the delivery of primary care and improve patient outcomes. As a physician leader, you’ll work alongside top primary care providers and help implement innovative care models supported by advanced digital tools and proven clinical strategies.

    This role is 50% clinical practice and 50% administrative leadership, with allocation adjustable by the Regional Chief Medical Officer based on market needs.

    The Senior Medical Director partners with local and enterprise physician leaders to ensure our clinical model delivers exceptional patient outcomes and provider experiences. This role focuses on strengthening physician leadership, supporting provider development, and ensuring physicians have the training, governance structure, and resources needed to deliver high-quality care. The position also supports external communication and helps educate prospective partners on the clinical value of Revere Medical’s care model.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide clinical oversight for Revere Medical clinics and affiliates, with accountability for clinical performance

    • Supervise Medical Directors overseeing assigned clinics

    • Partner with operational leaders to implement clinical programs and improve care delivery

    • Identify clinical variation and support providers in improving quality and consistency of care

    • Participate in provider performance improvement initiatives

    • Promote a strong physician-led culture that enhances provider, care team, and patient satisfaction

    • Support provider onboarding, evaluation, and recruitment efforts across markets

    • Participate in site visits and partner meetings with prospective provider groups

    Qualifications

    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders

    • Proven ability to drive clinical initiatives and influence outcomes in a matrixed organization

    • Data-driven mindset with strong accountability for results

    • Experience leading physician teams and supporting provider engagement

    • MD or DO required; 10+ years of clinical practice experience preferred
