We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team at the Oconomowoc VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic. This is an outstanding opportunity to provide high-quality care to our nation's Veterans while enjoying an exceptional work-life balance and industry-leading benefits.

• Full-Time Position
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No weekends
• No federal holidays
• Maximum of 13 patients per day
• 60-minute appointments for new patients
• 30-minute appointments for established patients

This patient-centered schedule allows physicians to focus on delivering quality care without the pressures of high-volume practice settings.

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to Veteran patients.
• Perform patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory studies.
• Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
• Promote preventive care and patient wellness initiatives.
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. state or territory.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Current DEA registration.
• BLS certification.
• Strong commitment to serving the Veteran population.
