This position will partner with our local business community to support unique work forces. By providing dedicated care for employees and their families, this provider will focus on population health through Promise Health Plan.

Formed in 2022 by Prisma Health, Promise Health Plan is a provider-sponsored health plan. Our network consists of providers who are committed to following a value-based care model. This position focuses on quality – not quantity. By integrating an insurance product with the participating provider organizations, we aim to provide efficient care that can improve health outcomes, offer higher quality care, provide an integrated member/patient experience, and help people and businesses thrive!
