Penn State Health is seeking a board-certified Full Time General Pediatrician to join our established team at the Muhlenberg Family Practice in Berks County, PA as a Lead Pediatrician.

• The selected candidate will join our team of two advanced practice providers. Along with one physician and one advanced practice provider who sees adult patients.
• The practice offers a friendly, fast-paced, and busy clinical environment to work with a collaborative team dedicated to serving our patient population.
• Work directly with the Practice Site Manager and Clinical Supervisor. Adjust workflows, and process improvements as needed. Collaborate & lead Advanced practice providers
• The opportunity offers a great work-life balance with no evening or weekend hours.

What we’re seeking:

• We are seeking someone trained and certified in General Pediatrics
• M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent
• Ability to acquire a license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania BC/BE
• Candidates must have completed an accredited Pediatrics Residency training program
