MUSC Health Orangeburg is seeking a full-time Family Medicine with Obstetrics physician to serve as core faculty for our new Family Medicine Residency Program. While Family Medicine with OB training is strongly preferred, Family Medicine physicians without OB experience will also be considered.
This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a new training program within South Carolina’s leading academic health system, while continuing to care for patients in a community where family medicine access truly matters. The program will welcome its first four residents in June 2026, making this an exciting time to join, lead and help define the future of family medicine training in Orangeburg.
In this role, you’ll split your time between clinical care, teaching, resident mentorship and administrative leadership. You’ll collaborate closely with residency leadership on curriculum development, resident evaluation, faculty development and program growth.
