What You'll Do:
- Work 4 or 5 day work week; Four (10's) or 5 (8's)
- Deliver comprehensive virtual primary care (intake through follow-up and escalation)
- AI-enabled care model that provides accuracy in record time

Qualifications:
- MD Required with a Clean Medical Record
- Active or eligible U.S. licensure
- Board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
- Candidate with a special interest in Woman's Health and Mental Health is a plus
- Comfortable in a virtual-first environment
- Willingness to leverage AI tools

Compensation:
- Starting at $240,000 + equity
- Additional incentive bonuses given quarterly for productivity metrics
