Eisenhower Health, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare and home to a Magnet-recognized medical center, is seeking a dedicated Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our growing primary care team in the beautiful Coachella Valley.

Position Overview

As a Family Physician at Eisenhower Health, you will provide comprehensive, compassionate primary care to patients of all ages — from newborns to seniors. You will join a collaborative, high-quality network of physicians and advanced practice providers committed to delivering personalized, patient-centered care in a supportive, state-of-the-art environment. Our primary care practices emphasize prevention, chronic disease management, and building long-term relationships with patients and families.

Key Responsibilities

•  Provide full-spectrum outpatient family medicine care, including preventive services, acute illness management, and chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, asthma, heart disease).

•  Perform routine health screenings, wellness exams, immunizations, and minor office procedures.

•  Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions while coordinating care with specialists when needed.

•  Maintain accurate and timely medical records in our electronic health record system.

•  Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators.

•  Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous excellence.

•  Opportunity to participate in teaching and mentoring through our Family Medicine Residency Program (optional, depending on interest).

Qualifications

•  MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

•  Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.

•  Current California medical license (or eligibility to obtain one).

•  DEA license and current BLS/ACLS certification.

•  Strong clinical skills with a patient-first approach and excellent communication abilities.

•  Experience in outpatient primary care preferred; new graduates with strong training are welcome to apply.
