This is an exceptional opportunity for a compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join an employed position within busy, well-respected practices, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
* Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
* Deliver high quality comprehensive care to patients with a focus on relationship building
* Assessing patient's current health risks
* Providing disease prevention, education and detection
* Team collaboration and multidisciplinary approach to care

What minimum requirements you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
