A well-established, mission-focused outpatient practice in Lancaster County is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative, team-based environment. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity designed for physicians who want stability, strong compensation, and a sustainable pace of practice.
You’ll step into an existing patient panel with experienced support staff, integrated behavioral health, and leadership that values long-term physician retention.
Position Highlights

- $230,000 – $260,000 base salary
- $20,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to $13,000 annual productivity incentive

Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for Pennsylvania licensure
