General Surgeon – Pioneer Valley | 1:4 Call, Day/Night PA Support + Flexible Schedule

Mass General Brigham is seeking an experienced Board Certified or Board Eligible General Surgeon to join our well-established practice in Northampton, Massachusetts.

​

What You’ll Do

• Join 3 general and minimally invasive surgeons
• Acute care surgery model with day and night PA in house support – one week of hospital only coverage (1:4)
• Office weeks include one day in the OR (block time is immediate), one admin day, and 3 8-hour clinic days
• Seasoned NP in the office to see post op patients
• Procedure room in the office for minor procedures
• Breast, colorectal, and bread and butter general surgery case mix; no vascular surgery, no robot
• Collaborative hospitalist team for admission of non-op patients
