OB/GYN Physician – Full Scope

About the Opportunity

Auburn OBGYN & Women’s Health, in partnership with Auburn Community Hospital and Maternal Health Access Solutions, is seeking a Full Scope OB/GYN Physician to join our dedicated team. This role offers an ideal balance of clinical and call responsibilities, serving women across all stages of life with compassionate, patient-centered care.

You’ll provide both inpatient and outpatient services, working closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes obstetricians, certified nurse midwives, and women’s health specialists. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians who value meaningful patient relationships and flexible scheduling.

Position Highlights:

• Full Scope Practice: Inpatient and outpatient coverage, including deliveries, surgeries, and clinic care
• Schedule:
• Block scheduling: 5 (24-hour) call shifts + 10 (8-hour) clinic shifts per month
• Work just 1/3 of the year
• Weeknight and weekend call (must be within 20 minutes of facility; lodging provided)
• Clinic: Monday–Friday coverage at Auburn OBGYN & Women’s Health
• Travel: All travel expenses covered
• Supervision: Oversight of Nurse Practitioners and collaboration with a supportive women’s health team
