University Medical Partners (UMP), a partner of Stanford Medicine, is seeking a full-time BC/BE OB/GYN Laborist to join our dedicated practice in Los Gatos and Mountain View, CA.

• Guaranteed Salary: 2-year base salary guarantee with total annual compensation of $335,510 (for 1.0 FTE).

Specifics of The Role

• Location: Practice coverage in Los Gatos and Mountain View, CA.
• Schedule: Seven (7) 24-hour shifts per month with schedule flexibility.
• Patient Volume: Average of three (3) deliveries per 24-hour shift.
• Inpatient Rounds: Manage postpartum and antepartum rounding for an average of 5–10 inpatients daily.
• Collaborative Support: Cover for eleven (11) Obstetricians with constant backup from UMP Obstetricians and an on-site OB Hospitalist Group.
