Hospitalist team at UF Health Flagler Hospital – an award-winning community hospital in the heart of historic St. Augustine, Florida.

We are actively recruiting a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN Hospitalist to join our growing women’s health team at UF Health Flagler, a facility nationally recognized for safety, quality, and compassionate care. This full-time position offers work-life balance, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to deliver high-impact care through a leading academic health system.

• Full-Time, 100% Hospital-Based role
• 7–8 shifts/month (24-hour in-house model) – predictable scheduling with generous off time
• Collaborate with experienced OB/GYNs, certified nurse-midwives, and nursing staff in a collegial, team-focused environment
• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic hospital care, including deliveries, emergent GYN surgery, and consults
