OB/GYN Laborist | Cleveland Metro | Top-Tier Academic System | 100% In-House Call

The Blueprint:

• The System Prestige: You’ll be working within a prominent, high-volume academic network widely regarded as one of the top clinical systems in the nation.
• The Volume & Flow: 5–10 shifts per month. The schedule focuses primarily on night and weekend blocks, with variable daytime coverage as needed (7a–5p weekdays, 5p–7a weeknights, 7a–7p weekends).
• The Clinical Mix: 66% OB, 33% GYN. Core responsibilities include managing the in-house service, resident and fellow supervision, answering service pages, and handling GYN transfers from the ED (C/S, D&C, D&E). Annual delivery volume 4000-5000.
• The Safety Net: Outstanding clinical backing on every shift. You’ll work alongside a full team of OB/GYNs, CNMs, and APPs. MFM is on the floor during the day and on-call at night.
• Technology: EPIC (Stork).

Logistics & Contract Info:

• Start Date: Summer/Fall 2026 onboarding.
• Requirements: BC/BE in OB/GYN with an active Ohio license (or IMLC eligibility). Must be comfortable in a teaching environment with resident interaction.
