    The Opportunity:

    OB Hospitalist Group (OBHG) is seeking OB/GYN physicians to join the hospitalist program at Marietta Memorial Medical Center, part of Memorial Health, a not‑for‑profit, community‑focused integrated health system.

    This program supports comprehensive women’s health services across the Mid‑Ohio Valley with a strong emphasis on patient safety, collaboration, medical education, and community service. As an OBHG Hospitalist, you’ll provide high‑quality, in‑house care while enjoying a predictable schedule and excellent work/life balance.

    Role Responsibilities:

    OB/GYN Hospitalists provide comprehensive inpatient care, including:

    Managing emergent OB patients regardless of circumstance

    Labor management and vaginal/operative deliveries

    OB triage evaluation and treatment

    Surgical procedures and surgical assists

    ED consultations

    Postpartum care

    Care of unassigned patients

    Supporting private practice OB/GYNs

    Educating and supporting nursing staff

    Participating in resident and medical student education

    Emergency drills, simulations, and quality initiatives

    Developing best practices and participating in clinical trials

    Facilitating daily interdisciplinary board rounds to enhance patient safety
