JOB SPECIFICS

1. We are seeking an Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join a growing, robust team of 4 OB/Gyn Physicians, 2 FM/OB Physicians, 3 Midwives, and APRNs.
2. OSF Medical Group OB/GYN Providers perform approximately 800 deliveries a year, serving Ottawa and Peru, IL and the surrounding area
3. Clinic is conveniently located on the campus of OSF Saint Elizabeth in Peru
4. Call is 1:5

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Doctorate
• Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
• BC/BE in OBGYN. Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
• Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
• Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
• Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
