OB/GYN - Physician – Exciting Opportunity in Bad Axe, MI

Shift Notes: 8a - 5pm Tuesday-Thursday clinic. Call coverage is 24/7. Coverage is requested every other week 0700 am on Friday to 0700am Friday. Weekend Requirements: 24 Hour Call, 7a-7a On Call Requirements: 24 Hour Call, 7a-7a

Job Description: Current blocks:

• 7am Sept 5th - Sept 12th 7a
• 7am Sept 21st - Sept 28th 7a
• Providers must be available to start in September - Future dates will be needed as well.
• 8a - 5pm Tuesday-Thursday clinic. Call coverage is 24/7.
• Coverage is requested every other week 0700 am on Friday to 0700am Friday.
• Scheduled C sections and Sterilization
• 20 average in clinic. average of 25 deliveries per month
• 1 NP or Midwife in office. Clinic across from hospital so all ancillary services in hospital
• Clinic supervisor, 2 patient access staff, and MA
• EMR: Cerner
• Must be proficient and comfortable with all OB/GYN Procedures and skills

Requirements:

• ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR
• Board Certified OBGYN (No BE) - Required
• MI License & CSR at Submission - Required at time of clear, no exceptions - not accepting IMLC
• BLS - Required
• Provider must be local - REQUIRED, no exceptions
• Must have clean background for quick credentialing- REQUIRED no exceptions
• Please submit rates at time of name clear - Required, will not send to client without rates
• Please provide all availability if not available for listed dates about - required
• DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
