OB/GYN Physician – Clinic Coverage (Optional Call)

Seeking a board-certified General OB/GYN physician for outpatient clinic coverage across four locations. The greatest need is at one clinic, though coverage may be available at multiple sites.

One full-time position may be split between two providers working approximately two weeks per month each.

​

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
• Start and end times may be flexible
• Approximately 18–22 patients per day
• Potential additional coverage:
  • Overnight call: 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
  • Weekend call: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 a.m.
  • Call shifts may be 12 or 24 hours

Clinical Responsibilities

• General OB/GYN outpatient clinic care
• Collaboration with midwives and two Nurse Practitioners
• LARC insertion
• Colposcopy
• Endometrial biopsy
• LEEP procedures
• Hospital call coverage, if available and desired

​

Requirements

• Board certification required
• Active Minnesota medical license required or IMLC
• DEA required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience

Credentialing

• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90–120 days
• Emergency privileges may be available for providers with a clean background
