About the Role:

Virtua Center for Women in Voorhees is actively seeking a full-time physician to join our experienced and supportive team. Located just minutes from Virtua Voorhees Hospital, our practice provides:

​

Maternity

-Pregnancy care with individual case management

-High-risk prenatal and maternity care) 

-Delivery at Virtua Voorhees Hospital (for Centers for Women - Voorhees patients) or Virtua Mount Holly (for Centers for Women - Willingboro patients)

-Personalized education

-On-site social worker, nutritionist and financial counselor

-Home visits coordinated with Virtua Home Care, as needed

-Assistance with enrollment in Medicaid plans for eligible women

Gynecology

-Annual well woman exams

-Breast exams and mammogram referrals

-Menopause symptom management

-Sexually transmitted infection testing

-Contraceptive counseling, including long-term reversible methods such as IUDs and implants 

-Full range of treatments for endometriosis, uterine fibroids, heavy bleeding, and pelvic pain

-Adolescent gynecology

-Permanent sterilization

-Work up for infertility

Compensation:

The starting salary for this position is: $336,400.00. The actual compensation package could vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, the applicant’s experience, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position is eligible for a quality-based incentive bonus.  The amount of the bonus is subject to the terms and conditions of the employment agreement.

​
