    Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic/St. Mary Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN to become part of our well-established, highly respected team of physicians. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a practice recognized for delivering state-of-the-art, patient-centered care in a supportive, collaborative environment.

    Practice Details:

    · Collaborative Team: Join a dynamic group of 6 experienced physicians and 4 advanced practice providers, fostering a supportive and collegial environment.

    · Balanced Call Schedule: Enjoy a manageable 1:6 call rotation, ensuring work-life balance.

    · High-Volume Practice: Participate in approximately 1,200 deliveries annually, offering robust clinical experience.

    · Advanced Neonatal Care: Partner with CHOP-affiliated providers in our Level II NICU, ensuring exceptional care for newborns.

    · Integrated Midwife Services: Collaborate with our dedicated Midwife Clinic located off-site, with OB physicians rotating once per week for continuity of care.

    Two Year Income Guarantee to start - COMPETITIVE Once established, can move to the Standard Comp Model to include RVU and Quality Bonus.
