You'll join a well-established division of 11 faculty and 9 fellows operating across two premier sites: a Level IV regional NICU at CHM and a Level III NICU at Hutzel Women's Hospital. Position Highlights
- Neonatology faculty position within the Detroit Medical Center system (CHM + HWH)
- CHM Level IV regional perinatal center: 45-bed private-room NICU, average daily census of 37
- Advanced capabilities including neonatal ECMO, congenital heart surgery, 6-bed NeuroNICU, HFOV, jet ventilators, and active cooling transport
- HWH Level III: 45-bed NICU with high-risk MFM program and Special Care Nursery
- Fetal Assessment Clinic and Fetal Care Center providing multidisciplinary prenatal counseling
- Multidisciplinary developmental follow-up program (neuropsychologist, dietitian, PM&R)
- Dedicated pediatric-neonatal transport with nitric oxide and HFV capability
- Teaching and mentoring responsibilities with 25+ pediatric residents annually, plus fellows and medical students
- Active participation in QI initiatives and basic science, clinical translational, or clinical research
- Alternative nocturnist track available (~10 night calls/month, 15 hours each)
- Night and weekend call expected
- Visa sponsorship available

Candidate Requirements
- MD, DO, or MD/PhD required
- Board certified or board eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine by the American Board of Pediatrics
- Strong interest in education and research
