BC/BE Neonatologist to join our dedicated team.

Neonatologist Opportunity at Dayton Children's – Dayton, Ohio In partnership with Pediatrix Medical Group

We are seeking full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologists to join our well-established and respected team at Dayton Children's Hospital, home to the region’s premier Level IIIB NICU. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative, community-based practice that values clinical excellence and work-life balance.

Position Highlights:

  • Dayton Children’s Hospital is home to the region’s most comprehensive Level IIIB Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), caring for more than 800 premature and critically ill newborns each year. With 32 private rooms, a 99% survival rate, and state‑of‑the‑art neonatal technology, we are committed to delivering exceptional, family‑centered care to the region’s most vulnerable patients.

    We are expanding our highly specialized NICU team and are seeking compassionate, skilled professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact for infants and their families.
