This need is hospital based and the physician will be on 24 hour call. **Provider MUST perform both spinal and cranial***Imaging lab procedure rooms OR all on site. 1 Neurosurgeon 1 Ortho-spinal surgeon and Neurosurgery APPs will be in clinic.Emergent call Emergent surgeries and inpatient rounding dailyBoard certified providers only please no BE.Providers can plan to see 5-10 inpatients per day.EMR - Cerner Rates to submit: Malpractice - to be included in ratesOrientation - 1/2 of projected hourly rateOn call daily - per 24 hours of call coverageWeekend call - Saturday amp Sunday Per 24 hours of call to include 4 gratis hoursCall back - Per hour of patient call back hoursHolidays - 1.5xConversion rate Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel amp Expense policy between McLaren Health Care amp AHSA. Reverse Invoicing - Provider will use DocTime to clock in/out. No paper timesheets will be used.
