Responsibilities:
- Support the NWTHS mission of delivering high quality, compassionate care to Amarillo and the Texas Panhandle region
- Shared trauma call - NWTHS is a Level II trauma center
- Diagnose, treat, and surgically manage wide range of diseases and conditions
- Perform cranial and spine procedures
Requirements:
- BC/BE Neurosurgery required
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited neurosurgical residency required
- Active, clear Texas license and DEA or ability to obtain
- Clean professional background
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate bedside manner
