  • Are you a dual board-certified Hematologist/Oncologist looking for flexible, non-clinical work you can do on your own schedule?

We are seeking Hematologists/Oncologists to join our national panel of physician reviewers. This role allows you to stay engaged in your specialty, contribute to high-quality care, and earn additional income without adding clinic hours or call shifts.

There are no minimum case requirements. You choose when and how much you work.

    What You’ll Do

As a physician reviewer, you will complete independent, evidence-based reviews of hem/onc. cases. Your assessments help determine:

    • Medical necessity
    • Treatment appropriateness
    • Adherence to clinical guidelines

Your written opinions support utilization management decisions for health plans and disability claims.

All work is completed remotely through a secure online platform. There is no direct patient care.

    Why Physicians Choose This Work

    • 100% Remote – Work from home or anywhere in the U.S.
    • Flexible Scheduling – Accept cases when it fits your availability
    • No Minimum Volume – Participate as much or as little as you like
    • Stay Current in Your Field – Review a wide range of hem/onc. cases
    • Supplemental Income – Earn additional income without extending clinical hours
    • Simple Workflow – Secure, user-friendly online system
    • National Perspective – Gain exposure to practice patterns, guidelines, and payer expectations across the U.S.

This role works well for physicians who want flexibility, gradual involvement, or an additional professional outlet outside of clinical care.

    Qualifications

    • Board Certification in Hematology & Medical Oncology
    • Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license (one or more states)
    • Currently providing direct patient care (in-person or telemedicine) at least 8 hours per week
    • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience (including residency)
    • Must be located in and able to complete reviews from within the United States
