AO Multi Specialty Clinic is a 100% physician-owned and physician-governed practice serving Georgia and South Carolina. We are looking for medical oncologists who want to build a long-term career, help shape how oncology care is delivered, and ultimately become owners of the practice they help build.

We are not owned by a hospital system or private equity firm. Our physicians make the decisions about patient care, practice operations, growth, technology, and the future of the organization.

Compensation & Partnership

• Full-time employed compensation: $550,000–$750,000+, including base salary and productivity incentives
• Partnership track after 3 years of full-time employment
• No partnership buy-in
• Partners participate in practice governance and profit-sharing distributions
• Health insurance, malpractice coverage, retirement benefits, and other standard physician benefits

We are recruiting physicians interested in a full-time, long-term career and partnership. Part-time and flexible arrangements are also available for the right physician.

We have more than 250 team members across 5 locations and an established multidisciplinary referral network throughout Georgia and South Carolina.

AI Infrastructure That Changes the Workday

One of the biggest surprises for physicians who visit our practice is our technology.

Our physicians use LumaMDX.ai, an oncology AI platform developed by practicing oncologists specifically to eliminate administrative work and make practicing medicine easier.

Most physicians save approximately 1.5–2 hours per day.

LumaMDX provides:

• AI-generated longitudinal patient summaries
• Ambient documentation integrated into the oncology note
• AI-assisted clinical and administrative workflows
• Easier physician cross-coverage

The goal is simple: spend your day practicing oncology—not finishing charts after everyone else has gone home.

Typical Practice

• Primarily outpatient medical oncology
• Clinic hours approximately 8:15 AM–5:00 PM
• Typically 20–23 patients per day
• 30-minute new patient visits; 15-minute established visits
• Shared, generally light call
