Physicians in our group can choose schedules ranging from 2–4 clinic days per week or block schedules such as every other week or 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off. There is no pressure to increase FTE.

 

What a Typical clinic schedule looks like:

• Clinic hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM • 20–23 patients per day • Approximately 2 new consults per day • Established visits: 15 minutes • New patient visits: 30 minutes

 

Our physicians use LumaMDX.AI, an oncology workflow platform:

• AI-generated patient summaries • Ambient documentation merged with prior oncology notes • AI-enabled workflows • Reduced after-hours charting time • Improved cross-coverage between physicians

• On average, physicians report saving 1.5–2 hours per day compared with traditional EHR workflows.

 

Call Expectations

• Call shared proportionally to physician FTE • Call burden is generally light
