AO Multi Specialty Clinic (Augusta Oncology) is a physician-owned, physician-governed multi-specialty oncology private practice serving Georgia and South Carolina. Due to sustained patient demand and regional growth, we are actively expanding our medical oncology team.

Our group includes:

• 9 Medical Oncologists
• 4 Gynecologic Oncologists
• 4 Radiation Oncologists
• 2 Urologists
• 2 Rheumatologists
• 1 Plastic Surgeon
• 9 APPs
• Oncology Pharmacist
• 250+ team members across 6 locations

Flexible Part-Time Practice Tracks

Partnership Full-Time Track

• Eligible for full partnership after 3 years
• No buy-in. No buy-out
• Pre-partnership compensation commonly in the mid-$400k to mid-$500k range, based on productivity
• Base salary + RVU-based incentive model
• Upon partnership, compensation increases meaningfully through regular profit-sharing distributions in addition to clinical compensation
• Partner total compensation substantially exceeds pre-partnership earnings
