AO Multi Specialty Clinic (Augusta Oncology) is a physician-owned, physician-governed multi-specialty private oncology practice serving Georgia and South Carolina. Due to sustained patient demand and regional growth, we are actively expanding our medical oncology team.

Our group includes:

• 9 Medical Oncologists
• 4 Gynecologic Oncologists
• 4 Radiation Oncologists
• 2 Urologists
• 2 Rheumatologists
• 1 Plastic Surgeon
• 9 APPs
• Oncology Pharmacist

Partnership Track

• Base salary + RVU-based incentive model
• Upon partnership, compensation increases meaningfully through regular profit-sharing distributions in addition to clinical compensation
• Partner total compensation substantially exceeds pre-partnership earnings

Flexible Practice Options

• Part-time clinical roles (2–4 days/week)
• Designed for physicians prioritizing family balance, phased retirement, academic transition, or geographic flexibility
• Competitive compensation ($300k–$500k, productivity-based)
