• 5, Night (8 Hours) 19:00 - 7:00
• Amount of coverage needed per month: full time coverage. Minimum facility will accept is 3 days/week.

Work Details:

• Patients/day: average 15
• New vs follow up ratio: Average 2 new patients/day. The rest are treatment patients and follow up patients.
• Adults/peds: no peds
• Oncology vs hematology breakdown: 2/3 onc, 1/3 hematology
• Hospital bed size: 274
• Support: 1 NP, 1 virtual hematologist. Provider will not be sole provider on site.

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Double Boarded preferred
• Willing to license or consider IMLC: yes, PA license preferred
• Fellowship Required: yes
