AO Multi Specialty Clinic is expanding comprehensive medical oncology services in Aiken, South Carolina, a growing community with significant unmet demand for local cancer care.

There are currently no medical oncology infusion services in Aiken, creating an exceptional opportunity for a medical oncologist to develop a comprehensive community oncology practice with clinic visits, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other infusion services available locally.

​

A physician joining us should be able to build a busy practice quickly while having the flexibility to shape the practice around their professional and personal goals.

​

You will have autonomy without practicing alone. Our physician-owned regional group includes medical oncologists in nearby Augusta and North Augusta, along with radiation and gynecologic oncologists, APPs, oncology pharmacy, infusion services, and more than 250 team members.

Compensation

• Full-time employed physicians: $550,000–$750,000+ including productivity incentives • Part-time compensation proportional to schedule • Partnership opportunity after 3 years • No buy-in. No buy-out. • Significant additional compensation after partnership through profit-sharing distributions

Flexible Practice Models

• Full-time partnership track • Part-time: 2–4 clinic days/week • Block scheduling: every other week or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off • No pressure to increase FTE • Call shared proportionally to physician FTE

Typical Clinic

• Primarily outpatient • Clinic hours approximately 8:15 AM–5:00 PM • Typically 20–23 patients/day • Approximately 2 new consults/day • Established visits: 15 minutes • New patient visits: 30 minutes • Generally light call burden
