Beebe Healthcare is seeking a fellowship-trained Breast Surgical Oncologist / Breast Surgeon to join our multidisciplinary oncology team in beautiful coastal Delaware.

This opportunity offers the ability to deliver exceptional, patient-centered breast cancer care while contributing to the continued growth and development of Beebe's breast cancer services. Collaborate with experienced oncology professionals and make a meaningful impact on patients and families throughout Sussex County.

• Provide comprehensive surgical care for benign and malignant breast diseases, including lumpectomy, mastectomy, sentinel lymph node biopsy, and axillary surgery.
• Collaborate with medical oncology, radiation oncology, breast imaging, pathology, genetics, and patient navigation teams.
• Participate in multidisciplinary breast tumor boards and evidence-based treatment planning.
• Perform or coordinate image-guided breast biopsies, as appropriate to training and privileges.
• Contribute to breast program development, quality improvement, and applicable accreditation standards.
• Support clinical education, research, and community breast health initiatives as opportunities arise.
• MD or DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery.
• Fellowship training in Breast Surgical Oncology or Surgical Oncology with extensive breast surgery experience; SSO-approved fellowship preferred.
• Eligible for Delaware medical licensure.
• Commitment to collaborative, compassionate, evidence-based cancer care.
