Beebe Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon (ABPS) to join our growing surgical team in coastal Delaware. This is a full-spectrum plastic & reconstructive surgery opportunity with strong referral relationships across oncology, orthopedics, dermatology, and trauma.

This role offers a balanced practice of reconstructive and cosmetic surgery, with a particular need in:

• Breast Reconstruction (post-mastectomy & oncoplastic surgery)
• Microsurgery & Free Flap Reconstruction
• Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery
• Complex Wound Care & Limb Salvage
• Burn Reconstruction & Scar Revision
• Craniofacial & Congenital Defect Repair

You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary environment committed to patient-centered, evidence-based care while maintaining alignment with national clinical guidelines.

• Established referral base within a growing health system
• Strong Oncology & Breast Surgery collaboration
• Opportunity to build cosmetic practice if desired
• Shared call covering trauma, burns, and hand injuries
• Modern surgical facilities & dedicated OR block time
• Supportive APC and clinical staff infrastructure
• Completion of an integrated Plastic Surgery residency OR General Surgery residency + Plastic Surgery fellowship
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility – American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS)
• Fellowship training in microsurgery, breast reconstruction, or hand surgery welcomed
