New Jersey Based Plastic Surgeon

SpineSearch is partnering with a growing surgical practice in Northern New Jersey seeking a Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon to join their expanding team.

This is a unique opportunity to build and grow a comprehensive plastic surgery service line within a well-established multidisciplinary practice. The incoming surgeon will enjoy a diverse mix of reconstructive and cosmetic procedures while collaborating closely with a highly successful bariatric surgery team.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures
• Provide post-bariatric body contouring procedures
• Perform aesthetic procedures, including injectables, laser treatments, and facial plastics based on experience and interest
• Conduct skin excisions and reconstructive procedures as clinically indicated
• Collaborate with the bariatric surgery team on comprehensive patient care planning
• Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews and care coordination initiatives
• Conduct patient consultations, treatment planning, and post-operative follow-up care
• Educate patients regarding treatment options, expectations, recovery, risks, and outcomes
• Contribute to the development and growth of the practice's plastic surgery division, including service line expansion and branding initiatives
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience focused on safety, empathy, and outstanding outcomes

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
• Active New Jersey medical license or ability to obtain
• Fellowship training in aesthetic surgery or body contouring preferred
• Experience with post-bariatric body contouring strongly preferred
• Commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and superior outcomes
• Interest in helping grow a dynamic and expanding surgical practice
