An established Comprehensive Breast Center is expanding and seeking a Breast Surgeon to join a highly collaborative team dedicated exclusively to breast care. This is a growth opportunity—not a replacement position—with immediate patient demand and a well-developed referral network.

The practice offers a truly integrated model where imaging, diagnostics, clinic, and surgical services are housed together, creating a highly efficient experience for both physicians and patients.

Practice Highlights
- Comprehensive Breast Center with established referral base
- Growth position due to increasing patient demand
- Integrated care model with imaging, diagnostics, clinic, and surgery under one roof
- Efficient workflow with minimal administrative burden
- Balanced schedule with 1–2 clinic days and 3–5 OR days weekly
- Clinic volume of 20–30 patients per day

- Dedicated Nurse Practitioner for each surgical team
- Dedicated RN and Medical Assistant support
- Breast Navigator assigned to each physician
- Medical Assistants manage scheduling and pre-operative coordination
- Collaborative multidisciplinary breast care team
