Inpatient Cardiologist - Weekday Schedule with APP Support

BJC Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiologist to join our inpatient cardiology team in a weekday-focused role at Memorial Hospital Belleville. This position is intentionally structured as an alternative to traditional cardiology hospitalist models and is designed to support clinical excellence, consistency, and long-term sustainability for the provider.

Physicians in this role provide inpatient cardiology care on a Monday through Friday schedule, offering a great work-life balance with limited weekends.

Position Overview

• Inpatient cardiology coverage on a Monday–Friday schedule
• Model designed to avoid extended 7-day work stretches
• Advanced Practice Provider support for inpatient rounding, allowing physicians to focus on complex clinical decision-making
