The Role: Clinical Leadership & Strategic Growth As a General Cardiologist at Premier Heart & Vascular, you will lead the expansion of our non-invasive services across St. George, UT and Mesquite, NV. Premier Heart & Vascular is seeking a BC/BE Cardiologist to join our private practice and serve as a clinical leader in building our non-invasive cardiology services and advanced imaging platform serving St. George, Utah and Mesquite, Nevada.

· Lead: Drive clinical decision-making, strategic planning, and quality initiatives.

· Scale: Design clinical pathways to improve access, efficiency, and patient outcomes.

· Collaborate: Partner with a dedicated team of APPs and nursing staff to optimize delivery.

· Connect: Build referral relationships and act as a visible educator within the community.

· Core Management: CAD (post-PCI follow-up), Valvular Heart Disease, and Hypertension/Lipid management (including resistant/familial).

· Advanced Care: Heart Failure (GDMT optimization), Afib/Arrhythmia (EP coordination), and Cardio-Oncology.

· Preventive & Diagnostic: Cardiovascular risk stratification, pre-operative assessment, and advanced imaging diagnostics.

Required Qualifications

• Residency training in Internal Medicine with fellowship training in Cardiovascular Disease

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiovascular Disease (ABIM or AOA)

• Eligible for Utah and Nevada medical licensure and DEA registration

• Eligible for hospital credentialing and outpatient privileges

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
