Premier Heart & Vascular is seeking a fellowship-trained Interventional Cardiologist to join our private practice and serve as a clinical leader in building our interventional
cardiology services and ASC procedural platform serving St. George, Utah and Mesquite, Nevada.
This is a partner-track role with a clear 12-36 month pathway to ownership.

The Role: Clinical Leadership & Procedural Strategy As an Interventional Cardiologist at Premier Heart & Vascular, you will lead our interventional service line and procedural strategy:
- Lead: Drive clinical decision-making, practice operations, and strategic planning.
- Scale: Design and grow procedural pathways in both outpatient and ASC settings.
- Collaborate: Partner with experienced cardiovascular APPs and dedicated procedural support teams.
- Connect: Build referral relationships and act as a visible clinical leader and educator in the community.
Clinical Focus & Expected Volume Step into a broad, clinically relevant scope of interventional and clinical cardiology:
- Interventional: Diagnostic Cath, PCI (complex lesions), and Structural Heart (PFO/LAA closure based on interest).
- Clinical & Imaging: General consultations, HF management, Afib management, and advanced imaging (PET/CT, Echo, Stress).
- Expected Volume: Initial ramp of 6–10 procedures/week, scaling to 12–20+ procedures weekly within 12–18 months.
- Schedule: 4 days clinical/procedural + 0.5–1 day administrative. Shared 1:3 or 1:4 call rotation.
Candidate Profile
- Qualifications: Fellowship-trained in Interventional Cardiology; BC/BE in CV Disease and Interventional Cardiology (ABIM/AOA).
- Preferred: Experience with PET/CT interpretation and ASC-based cardiovascular programs.
