This is a unique opportunity to practice inpatient cardiology in a Monday – Friday model. Designed to provide routine, predictability and meaningful time outside of work.

• Greater flexibility to align time off with family, travel, and personal priorities

True Flexibility with Protected Time Away

This model allows you to take time away on your terms, not just when the schedule dictates:

• 20 days of Allowed Time Off (ATO)
• 5 dedicated CME days
• 6 major holidays

This structure creates intentional, protected time away throughout the year, resulting in more continuous and meaningful personal time—not just fragmented days off.

Position Overview

• Inpatient cardiology coverage in a weekday-focused model (Monday–Friday)
• No extended 7-day work blocks
• Shared call (1:4 or better)
• Strong Advanced Practice Provider support for inpatient rounding
• Fully integrated cardiology service line within BJC Medical Group
• Collegial, team-based practice environment
• Strong operational and administrative support
• Established inpatient systems and resources
• Emphasis on quality, safety, and continuity of care

Compensation & Benefits

• $650,000 two-year income guarantee
• $50,000 signing bonus
• Comprehensive benefits package including malpractice coverage, health, dental, and retirement plans
